Acceptable Use Policy

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and explains the conduct we expect from anyone requesting a verification visit through InspectAnywhere. It protects requesters, subjects of visits, field agents, and the integrity of the Service.

1. Authentic, authorised requests only

Submit only your own requests or requests on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to represent.
All information must be true, accurate, current, and complete.
Do not submit duplicate, automated, or test requests through the production site.
Do not impersonate another person, business, or our staff.

2. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Conduct unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, or intimate-partner monitoring.
Target private residences of individuals or minors for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Facilitate fraud, deceptive practices, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful activity.
Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications through our forms.
Harvest, scrape, mirror, frame, or systematically copy content, contact details, or data from the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or trade secrets.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm or interfere with the Service.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent any security measure without our prior written authorisation.
Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group.
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
Direct our agents to trespass, enter secure areas without authorisation, misrepresent themselves, or take any action that would put them at risk of harm or legal liability.

3. Safety of field agents

Our agents will decline any task that they reasonably believe is unsafe, unlawful, or outside the agreed scope. We will not accept instructions to enter conflict zones or areas subject to travel bans, to record inside private residences without the occupant's consent, or to confront individuals.

4. Security testing

We welcome responsible disclosure of security issues. Please email security@inspectanywhere.com with details before performing any testing that could affect the availability or integrity of the Service. Do not access or modify data that does not belong to you.

5. Enforcement

We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, decline requests, suspend or terminate access, withhold reports, and report activity to authorities where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. We may also pursue any other remedy available under the Terms of Service or applicable law.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing the Service, please contact legal@inspectanywhere.com with the details. We treat reports confidentially.
