Information you provide
- Request details: subject to be verified (business, asset, property, or site), address, GPS coordinates where provided, checklist items, scope, timeline, and any free-text description.
- Contact details: your name, company, email, and (optional) phone number.
- Account credentials for authorised operations users.
- Correspondence: messages, email replies, and call notes when you contact us.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, language, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps.
- Cookies & similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.
Information from our field agents
- Evidence collected on your behalf during a verification visit: photos, video, GPS coordinates, timestamps, and structured notes about the subject you asked us to visit.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data. Please do not include such information in your free-text submissions.
4. Why we use it (purposes & lawful bases)
- To coordinate and deliver verification visits you request — performance of a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To communicate with you about your request or account — contract / legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Cookies and analytics — your consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Fraud prevention, safety of our agents, and abuse detection — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Tax, accounting, and lawful requests — legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

6. Who we share information with
- Local field agents, strictly to fulfil a visit you requested. Agents receive only the information needed to perform the visit safely and accurately.
- Service providers (sub-processors), listed on our Sub-processors page, engaged under written contracts.
- Legal, regulatory, and safety disclosures, where required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request from your browser.

- Request records and evidence packages: retained while needed to deliver the Service and to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations, typically up to 7 years.
- Contact details: up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
- Consent records: up to 6 years as evidence.
- Email correspondence: retained while reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, then archived or deleted.
